I met a friend in January 2012 who at that time was living in sexual sin. She had accepted Jesus as her Savior several years earlier but seemed to have no power to make changes in her life. Jesus told me He wanted to be the foundation and center of our friendship. So I simply loved her, accepted her, and showed her grace as much as I could.

The difference in her now is amazing. She no longer lives in sexual sin and she no longer shows evidence of the obsessive compulsive disorder that ruled her life. She used to have anger issues and would lose her temper and swear easily. Now, the anger and swearing are also gone! I am amazed and overwhelmed at the changes in her. All praise goes to Jesus!

This girl is now my best friend and we have a beautiful friendship built and centered on Jesus. I’ve never had a best friend and I thank the Lord that He has blessed me with a friend far above and beyond my wildest expectations.
