At my workplace, we have annual reviews based on targets set at the start of each year. These reviews serve as key performance indicators (KPIs) for every staff in the company.

One of my KPIs this year was to secure ten million in client savings. This seemed beyond reach because clients typically do not save so much money in a short time. In order to hit the target, I had to secure a large number of clients within the year.

Despite the challenge, I trusted God’s Word to make the impossible possible. Toward the end of the year, I managed to secure a client who agreed to deposit a large sum of money with my company. And just like that—with a single client—I surpassed my KPI and it did not take much effort at all. Praise God!
