A year ago, I was in the United States for a long vacation. My cousin, who is based there, lent me some recorded sermons by Pastor Joseph Prince of which she told me changed her outlook on life abruptly.

A couple of months ago, I went back to the US and found myself buying Pastor Prince’s 100 Days Of Favor and his Destined To Reign Devotional books. At this time, while on vacation there, I learned that my mother had a thymoma growing between her lung and heart that required an immediate operation. Separately, a biopsy procedure would also be needed to determine if the tumor was benign or malignant. Being a thousand miles away from home, which is in Manila, Philippines, I turned my fears and worries to the books—Destined To Reign Devotional and 100 Days Of Favor.

God spoke to me through these resources because amazingly, whatever worries I had each single day were addressed by the daily readings in both books. I praise God for Pastor Prince’s inspiration and words, all of which made me stronger and all the more resolved to live my life in accordance with Jesus' desires.

Now, back in Manila, I watch Pastor Prince on Trinity Broadcasting Network at 4am every day and always, his words like Jesus’ words, touch my heart and life.
