I had been struggling with an addiction to alcohol and drugs ever since I was a teenager. I recall numerous times when I would wake up the next morning, after drinking or staying awake all night from cocaine, and crying out to Jesus to help me break the bondage that I was in.

When I was forty-two years old, I had severe pain in my abdomen and went to the emergency room of my local hospital a few days in a row because of the pain. I was later rushed for an emergency surgery after my computerized tomography (CT) scan showed that a part of my colon was blocked.

I remember praying, asking God to bring me through that colon surgery. Indeed, I had a successful surgery. But a few weeks later, I was diagnosed with stage-three colon cancer. Nonetheless, just as I did during the colon surgery, I asked Jesus to help me through the chemotherapy and I also asked Him to get rid of all symptoms of cancer.

Now, I am going on three years of being cancer free! I am also alcohol and drug free! This is all because of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! He certainly has been faithful.

I had thought I had committed the unpardonable sin, Pastor Prince’s books helped me understand grace of my Savior and the power of His finished work. They helped me realize that I had not committed the unpardonable sin. Instead, my Savior loves me and this gave me the confidence to approach God for healing during those times. Indeed, I received so many revelations after reading his books. Now, I can see so much more grace in my life.
