I have been watching Joseph Prince’s television program for many years.

One morning, I woke up and experienced stiffness in my neck on both sides after sleeping in an awkward position. I had experienced this before and wasn’t concerned. I turned my head to the left and was able to get my neck muscles to relax, but I couldn’t get the same relief for the other side.

I could barely turn my head to the right and experienced sharp, radiating pain in my neck and back. I thought I had a pinched nerve. I tried everything I knew: hot compresses, pain relievers, and simple neck stretches to see if the pain would lessen or correct itself. After a week, these measures only provided temporary relief, and I grew frustrated.

Then I heard the Lord say, “Take, eat.” I partook of the Lord’s supper once and sometimes twice a day, believing my neck would again move freely. I saw steady improvement daily and after 4 days, my neck felt better. Along with my neck pain, I suffered tension headaches as well and that too has gone. All I can say is, “Thank You, Lord!”
